To guide us in our Health & Wellness Week, we are welcoming Erick Northroup, from Mill Valley, California. Erick specializes in offering strategies for improving balance, power, strength, endurance, and inter-muscular coordination. Erick will be offering morning and afternoon stretch classes, as well as providing personalized skiing and fitness consultations – designed to assist you in achieving your overall health and wellness goals.
Astrid Kent has a commitment to holistic health and transformation, and will be offering power yoga therapy, cross country skiing, spinning, meditation and nutritional discussions about the use of probiotics.
