Whether you are skiing with us in the mountains or taking a break in the heli-ski village, our theme week schedules offer many opportunities for you to enhance your Blue River ski holiday experience this season.

This year, the 4th Annual Health & Wellness Week (Tour 605) returns from Dec 31 to January 7. Daily activities for this week include apres-ski yoga, meditation and spin classes, which aim to provide you with the ultimate health and wellness routine.

To guide us in our Health & Wellness Week, we are welcoming Erick Northroup, from Mill Valley, California. Erick specializes in offering strategies for improving balance, power, strength, endurance, and inter-muscular coordination. Erick will be offering morning and afternoon stretch classes, as well as providing personalized skiing and fitness consultations – designed to assist you in achieving your overall health and wellness goals.

Astrid Kent

Astrid Kent has a commitment to holistic health and transformation, and will be offering power yoga therapy, cross country skiing, spinning, meditation and nutritional discussions about the use of probiotics.
